    June 2023 visit
Very awesome big mall. Good to walk around and window shop and shop when and what you need. Spacious walkway. Not too crowded in the early afternoon but a bit more on the lower levels later in the late afternoon during my visit in mid June 2023.

    Pavilion KL
A classy large mall in Kuala Lumpur near Jalan Bukit Bintang. There is a large variety of shops and restaurants here, prices range from affordable, mid range to luxury. This is certainly a popular mall for locals and tourists alike.

Huge swanky mall ! We enjoyed doing window shopping of all brands under the sun ! This is located in the most happening place in KL Bikut Bintang! There is a Times Square close by and we enjoyed the photo ops around this place !

    Excellent mall
We were staying at jw marriott which is right opposite this mall. So we had the easiest access to it. Loved the fact that they had so many brand pop ups. The dior event was fabulous. Enjoyed coffee at ralphs coffee by ralph lauren. They had so many events and promotions going on. It was a fun experience. Loved shopping at Tiffany & co, Cartier, MFK fragrances, Tous store, Moschino and many other lovely brands. They pretty much had most of the famous brands. Lovely options of cafes too. We loved having our high tea at TWG tea. Overall a fun experience and visit. The aesthetics, fountain at entrance and multiple brands availability was a major plus. Must visit mall when in kuala lumpur.

    Shops shops everywhere!
Good grief this place is massive!! I'm pretty sure we never saw all of the stores it's that big! Lots of stores to browse and something for everyones taste and budget. There were also plenty of food options available too from a quick coffee to street food and nice restaurants. The mall was very clean and staff we encountered were all very friendly. Plenty of security around especially at the high end stores and atms. Definitely worth a visit if you're in KL.

    Christmas spirit
I thought the USA was into decorating for Christmas but KL is way up there on the holiday spirit, every store and shop has decorations. I'm not a fan of malls but it sure was fun to get lost in here. There are so many stores and restaurants all throughout this massive mall. The one thing that is amazing that KL has so many malls throughout this big city and every place seems to be busy.

Another shopping mall, but a good one in BB area
This is the top rated shopping mall in Bukit Bintang area for good reason. If this is your thing. We found KL shopping over priced when it comes to brand name shopping even compared to western countries. But what separates KL is food options - food is everywhere and options ate plentifully

High end shopping and great food. You can eat on the cheap with yummy food. So many restaurant’s it will make your head spin. They have a great grocery store on the bottom level that has everything. I bought Belgium chocolate that was out of this world. Everyone is extremely friendly! On my way now!

Lots to see..KLCC park the aquarium. Plan your travel wisely. We went twice to this pace in our 7 day trip. Be aware of the photographers st aquarium. We had a very bad experience there. They literally looted us.

    Shopping Mecca.
This is an extensive complex with over 700 retail outlets and restaurants throughout all levels. It was busy when we visited and we did the usual quick browse, arriving at Level 2 where we enquired if there were maps of each floor available. Apparently, the app is the way to go. We passed on the Tourist Reward Card, good for discounts at various stores, spent some more time browsing the high-end outlets and then headed to Dome for a snack. Fascinating place with an array of useful facilities for the visitor, however, have to admit that we found the complex daunting.

Visited on a weekday for lunch and shopping. Ate at Kyochon which has good Korean fried chicken and skewers which we like from JB malls. Mall is massive and can be disorienting for first timers due to lack of directory and clear information for shoppers to self help.

Upmarket mall with all the brands, high end & mid range. What makes this mall really special is the varied number of restaurants, coffee shops & bars. One can spend a few days here. Shopping is expensive though, but food is reasonable & mid range.
Great vibe & ambience, feels a bit like NY Times square outside the mall at nights.

My first visit here and location was great. Within walking distance to Pavilion and nearby a lot of shopping mall. Within Pavilion, many eateries and shops. Checkin was acceptable but since i book a club room so i could check in at 13floor, i was told only upon arrival at the counter, and to access to 13 floor u need the access card, u need someone to help u get through the lift so i decide to skip the trouble and check in immediately at lower floor. Very weird and i have been to many Accor hotel, all have auto checkin and i always have my room key at the shortest time and convenient. Room was ok but aging, can see the hotel due for a renovation and bath tub rusty and dirty. Water was weak and not strong like spraying far, probably aging water pump. Breakfast was average and probably not my liking, don have fried noodle or bee hoon, mostly international style egg and bread or nasi lemak. Something to note, i was escort to my table by the staff and she offer me what i would like to drink, i told her coffee and she said she will serve once she clear the table and i could get my food. After i get my food, no coffee serve, look like she has forgotten, i have to get it myself. I like to visit the club lounge and was there every evening, food was ok and everything help yourself. I can see some guest was serve personally and some are doing your self. In my last day, i requested for late check out, the lady at 13 floor check and call his colleague to help and took them a while to accept and reprogram my card. I wonder is it so difficult to verify and reprogram the card. Overall i feel Bayan Tree should have great service but i was surprise it is not. Service was minimum and i don’t feel the enthusiasm, i can’t said they are bad but i do see they are not trying their best, As service line , customer satisfaction must be number 1 priority. Look like they can’t made it. This will be last and i will try other hotel nearby for my next visit. Another things to note, the car park redemption, before exit, have to perform another validation through the machine before going out. What kind of car park is that where everyone already use touch n go or code scanning.

Upscale luxury mall with many of the most expensive international brands. 5 mins walk from MRT and monorel stations on Bukit Bintang (the luxury area of KL city centre)
Beautifully laid out, spotless and calm. Some lovely restaurants and 5* cafes for an elevated experience, particularly useful if it is super hot outside and you want to cool off for a while.
Basement food court is the place to go - amazing range of very high quality food stalls and kept spotlessly clean. I would recommend as a way to introduce yourself to the various cuisines of Malaysia.

A wonderful experience at a luxury hotel. This is a relatively new hotel attached to the Pavillion Mall in Bukit Bintang area of Kuala Lumpur.
Everything is perfect - the rooms are large, with every amenity anyone would want.
From check in to check out the staff make the experience unique.
The Club Rooms and Club Lounge are excellent
The cleaning staff ( hello and many thanks to Norah on the 13th floor) do an incredible job.
The Duty Manager (Lyo) is the perfect ambassador for the hotel.
