This is worth the 5 MYR spent (which is also redeemed at the Cafe / Gift store in the Gallery - so practically the entry is free!). It showcases the evolution of KL city into the current modern avatar. Dont miss the short film of the gallery at the end, and the beautiful model of modern KL city - must... More

Located in Merdeka Square, this gallery is worth a visit. Shows us the past, present and future of KL. They have a city model upstairs and in the same room is a 15 minute show in the dark which illuminates the model with different coloured lights. They have models for different buildings on the ground floor so if you missed... More

This exhibit is free unless you want to take a guided tour which I recommend since you can have a much better appreciation of what is being shown. Also, the guides are free, the fee is to help out with projects of humanitarian nature through the city, especially with children of need of education. The musuem highlights the history of... More

The exhibitions give you very good insight into city history and you can get literally all the information about important moments of the KL, interesting places and legends, see old... More

Be sure to spring the 5 MYR to enter the museum and model of the city of KL. The I love KL is impressive, but the model of KL as it is now, and soon will be, is worth the price of admission. The ticket is also a coupon, to be used in the souvenir shop/snack bar, so you could... More

I don't know why this is so hyped. I cannot find anything special about this place. However the surrounding buildings are nice.

Interesting insight in to the history of KL and its evolution. The plans for the city to 2020, alongside model of what the city may look like was great to see. Batik exhibition was good too and there is the I love KL statue outside - join the queue for your photo opp!
