Don't expect the grand interior hall here. No access to the inside, nothing to see. They should take care of the building though, it is unfortunately in an advanced state of neglect. Waste of time.

Well worth the visit to see the stunning architecture however you cannot go to look around inside. There are other buildings of interest within this area though, so worth taking time out to visit.

This is one of the most striking and beautiful buildings in KL. Very photogenic and a real symbol of KL in the past.

Just walk by it if you are in the area. Once you get close you realize its falling apart. Nothing to see inside either. Not sure what others are looking at.

Also houses the Majestic hotel which provides one with a nostalgic feel of stay, good food and also splendid spa experience.

Organized, clean, with automatic vendoirs machines, it works properly and the building is beautiful!

especially when some cleaning work can be done to improve the facade. Certainly worth the trek to see both buildings belonging to the train company built by the British.

Agreed with Colin for metro... 10 minutes walk from there but instead of walking road side, go through the Mosque grounds... Much nicer, quieter and safer !

You don't need a ticket. The lower level has a restaurant and I think a small hotel. So all you have to do is wander around. We did not find it that interesting but don't take our word for it and have a look around. It will... More
