This landmark of Malaysia depicts the World War and our tribute to fallen heroes. The majestic and never failing to awe work of art was once bombed and replaced again. A must visit for every tourist.

The whole monument is set in a lovely garden, with a pool surrounding the sculpture, which is on top of a promontory over looking the city. It is definitely worth a visit.

The monument itself takes 5-10 min. The area around it is nice to walk and close to the botanical, bird, and butterfly park. So that would take half a day.
