    Excellent choice!
First time taking this option from KLIA to downtown KL, highly recommend this option to avoid traffic jams!! The train is relatively clean and comfortable, twice departures within an hour and leaves on time! From KL Sentral station, just take local car hire services like Grab to your hotel. You can even book and pay for your single or round trips in advance via the website or through 3rd party sites like Klook.
Thank you for your review! We are glad that you have a great experience. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Incredibly efficient and easy to use! So impressed!
Fantastic service start to end! Brought my tickets from the UK- costs about £15pp and the e-tickets are sent instantly via email. The staff are always extremely helpful and a credit to the whole experience! Very easy to find within the airport and takes about 28 minutes to arrive into Sentral Station. The trains are always on time, extremely clean, always have seats and have a great free WiFi service onboard. There are also high quality tvs on board. Return Tickets last a month from your date of first usage so amazing if your plans change. Highly recommend as the mode of transport from getting from the airport to KL centre.
Thank you for your review! We are glad that you have a great experience. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

10/10 would recommend, a great experience overall
It was a great trip, the train was very comfortable with ample room for luggage storage. The Air-conditioning of the train was great, with fast a Wi-Fi connection. The staff was very helpful and kind. And the fastest transportation option to reach KL city center, passing through beautiful countryside nature.
Thank you for your review! We are glad that you have a great experience. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Arrived just after midnight. No time schedule shown anywhere. Bought the Express Train tickets and after purchased, the screen only showed the next train is at 5am!! So have to take the last Transit train. If you have no train running, why are you selling tickets?? Why isn't there a time schedule display clearly outside before the ticket marchine? How many years have you run this train, still can't get it right????

We booked on line as urged for two people. On arrival the code only allowed one of us through the gate although it clearly stated on what I had printed out that there were two people and the charge was for two people. Officials appeared to explain that this cannot, this must not happen. One of us is now admitted whilst the other stands helplessly on the other side of the barrier. The official print out is taken from us and what ensues seems like a Royal commission, much discussion, gesticulating and postering. This is a wonderful welcome after a long flight. Eventually one of the officials prints us tickets which he ungraciously hands over reiterating that this cannot happen, this must not happen.
My advice - if there is more than one of you travelling take the option of buying your tickets individually and printing them out. This may avoid this lengthy delay when you arrive.
I love bureaucrats who seem to be the same the world over, ‘this cannot happen, this must not happen’ when all along the evidence of the happening is right there in our hands!!

Quite a negative experience. The seats are runned down, did not expect that to happen. I thought Malaysia and its companies would like to show up a better side than this. Both my trips in April did show the same sad seats, see picture. Quite a difference from 12 years ago when I last took KLIA express. My guess is, these seats have been there since then.

Sadly I had my day pack “pickpocketed” on the KLIA Train service today.
As the train arrived at KL Sentral I got up from my seat to step into the aisle. A group of three middle aged gentlemen stopped to let me in between them. The one in the front proceeded to stop momentarily which gave his partners the opportunity to dip my bag.
I didn’t realize my bag was open until I got to the taxi desk.
Fortunately or unfortunately, depends which I look at it, the only thing they managed to grab were my prescription reading glasses. Inconvenient but manageable.
Beware out there, I consider myself to be a savvy traveler but I let my guard down today.

Terrible experience! We bought a family promotion package via their online app but was told my son, whom is 15 years plus 2 months, considered as an adult! We were forced to buy him an adult ticket even though an adult is clearly stated from their webpage, is one from 16 years and above!

Travelled from KL Sentral to KLIA 1 recently. First time to use this service in a long time as prefer to get a taxi as its generally quicker and cheaper.
To purchase a ticket in KL Sentral you need to use the automatic machine which, for some reason, would not give you a ticket until you input your email address. Within 5 minutes of inputting my email address I was receiving Spam messages to my inbox (even before the ticket confirmation was sent).
Travel is very comfortable and service is generally very clean, good and relaxing. However the system speaker is far too loud and is constantly repeating advertisements and announcements non stop. Becomes really annoying after a few minutes.
Generally if you live near to KL Sentral then its worth to take this service. If you live further away in the city itself then by the time u have paid for the LRT and spend 15-20 mins getting to KL Sentral, bought ticket and hung around for next train then it really isnt worth it.
That said during peak travel hours I would use it to avoid city jams

If you ever find yourself accidentally end up here in KL sentral by entering the express train at KLIA, just take the same train back to KLIA, then take the KLIA transit train again to your right destination.

If you come down at KL sentral, they charge you the differences in order ro get out. (*which make sense, but damn expensive) then ask you to walk across to different station entrance to buy new tix again to re-enter the normal KLIA transit. (I was like wtf?) If you want to give penalties, then do it properly. Why dont you have 2 entrances in KLIA in the 1st place or get your staff who are just standing there to validate the tix there before your customer get on board ? Like what you did in KL sentral? I guess because it's way easier to just charge the careless people on the money rather than being a responsible company that provide intuitive commute system.

If they don't allow you to sit the same train back to KLIA then it's extremely unfair and stupid. If they allow, please do not come down, it's definitely not worth your time.

It'll be quicker to go back to KLIA and retake the correct train. Trust me.

Ridiculous customer service. I bought my train ticket for the 11/10/2023 from KLIA 2 to KL sentral. Unfortunately my flight got delayed from Bangkok supposedly 7.15pm departing Bangkok but my flight got delayed 3 hours and my new departure is 10.05pm thus I landed at KLIA 2 around 1.20am and there's weren't any train service available. Thus I had to take grab instead my rm49.50 for the train ticket is burnt just like that.. I called customer service this girl mentioned that they can't refund and that I have to bear the lost. Ridiculous!!!!
