Most cemeteries have haunted stories to tell, but this one as i've heard has a lot of love stories to tell <3 It is like you are in another place, another time, call me morbid but i find the place so romantic and peaceful. If you haven't been to Paco Park, then you're missing a lot, a big part of... More

Back in college I would frequent the Paco Park during long intervals between classes, or whenever I had the chance or the desire to just spend some quiet time alone. It is really a Spanish-era cemetery, but has since been transformed into a beautiful, quiet park where one can go to relax, escape the noise and pollution of Manila, or... More

Relatively small but it has big contribution to history. It may be a cemetery during the Spanish era and where Jose Rizal first buried but now it was a park and a special venue for occasion. It is clean and spacious...

Beautiful little park. The jewel is the ancient church. Still used every Sunday. Very photogenic and beautiful. Nice to walk or sit. Full of friendly happy people.

Admirable. The place is clean, well maintained. The niches is amusing, you'll think it is just a wall with a walkway on top, but no, it is a layered niches. I cannot find the exact words to describe how I admire the place. 😍 Historical and rich in culture indeed. Though I noticed: some tourist/visitor didn't pay the entrance fee.... More

If you want some quiet time to think, go to this place. Surprising you can still find one like this in the city. Nothing much to do in this place but to enjoy the nice view and take some good pictures as the garden is a nice background. Visit early morning or very late afternoon. Not a good place to... More

I am fascinated by the hundreds of tomb inside the park. Much as I found it historical, I wonder is weddings at the church inside the park are limited to themed wedding as "way back in time".

Best place to reminisce the past and picnic with the family. Good place for a date with someone you love. Paint the scenes and enjoy the afternoon with your friends. I too had the chnace to be alone and paint the scenes in lieu of photographs. Much more enjoying than any other activities by your lonesome.

Once Manila's municipal cemetery built during the Spanish Colonial period, Paco Park's viridian gardens and solemn ambience is one of the perfect places to relax on a cozy windy afternoon as you escape the hustle and bustle of the Manila metropolis. After his execution, our national hero Dr. Jose Rizal was once buried here for a time until his remains... More

Paco park is a place where you can find the former tomb of our national hero Dr. Jose Rizal. In this place we can also find unknown buried person because of the battle of world war II. This place is best when you want to have walked and relax for a while. This place is also a best tambayan of... More
