When we went past the circle was fairly empty with nothing going on, I'm unsure why it is on trip advisor, it seems to be a large roundabout and not much else.

Very Dirty and neglected is a perfect description for the circle. It's a pity that this place is not well kept as there's a lot of tourist that frequent the area. Cafe Adriatico, Bistro Remedios and the Korean Restaurant are just close by and it's...More
