This large circular park is a good place to go for a morning walk or jog or simply for stroll. It also has a museum at the center dedicated to the city's founder, Manuel L. Quezon.

It beacons home and the circle is modern and understated but it is not a tourist destination -- it is a rotunda that is besieged by traffic jam. Homeless people stay and seek it as a refuge.

I don't look at it as a park anymore because the surroundings have numerous nuisances like sidewalk vendors, tiangge, and scattered.
