Older house redone in tavern style. Intimate, friendly, great food and service, outdoor patio in summer. We frequently meet friends there.

Without a single reservation, I highly recommend James Place. The food is outstanding, complimented by a very nice wine list. Service is always top notch.

First started going to James in the beginning when they only had cheese plates. James has hired a great chef, added smoking and BBQ, firepits, music. Just a great place!

Enjoyed dinner recently here. We both had a very generous portions of our entrees. We have to remember to make a reservation next time. The restaurant is located in an old house and has limited seating. Very popular place. -enjoy
