We stayed just down the road in an AirBnB cottage. We were going to walk to the falls which would have taken an hour but on the day it was raining so we drove 15 minutes. Road is gravel with numerous potholes so not the...More
We stayed at the HomeAway “below the falls lodge” right next to the park entrance . We loved the whole area. We took all three routes to the waterfalls and each one is amazing. My 10 year old navigated the terrain on his own. The...More
The road in is a bit of a challenge nearly 20 kilometre on gravel road ( need to wash car after trip), one stretch near the end is single vehicle only. I didn’t pass any vehicle either in or out on gravel section.

I could have spent an entire day here. I had never heard of the park, and nor had some of my friends who had lived in Oregon their entire lives, but I read about it in a book that listed the best back - country...More
