Good local permanent exhibits and check to see what exhibits are on short term. Good professional speakers do present programs at this museum. I usually visit once or twice a year.

Big posters ranking the Presidents and ranking their inaugural addresses detract from the educational value of the exhibit. Why not let the viewer draw their conclusions about the Presidents. Another exhibit...More

My husband and I checked this place out once, and joined as a member that same day. Interesting programs, very friendly staff, great place for kids to have fun and learn. Would recommend for every age.

This museum is a nice small museum, but its real charm is the wonderful programs it puts on. Authors and experts on all sorts of topics give talks. And when I was the scholastic team coach in an inner city high school, the head of...More
