Their Chambourcin and Sangiovese are not bad at all. Cute little building that features outdoor picnic type seating as well as indoor tables and chairs. Food can be purchased. Friday pizzas, Wine tasting worth the 5$.

Very friendly staff members here! They were well-informed about their wines, but presented the info on a low-key level........totally reflecting the ambiance of this winery.
They do also have a tasting room located near us, but we preferred to drive to the vineyard itself. Glad...More
Stopped here for a tasting. Caitlin, our server, was very pleasant and gave nice taste descriptions without getting fancy. A little out-of-the-way, but it's a nice drive to get there without too much traffic. Try it and see if you like the wines...we did. P.S....More

The Blue Lizard is a new winery to the area. The wine is very good. The hospitality is excellent. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying some wine. Thanks to our designated drivers we had a blast. We'll be back.
