Very nice people volunteer at the Museum and are very knowledgeable about the house and the area .Displays from the civil war to building the Savannah River Site,plus famous people that have lived and played in Aiken.

Housed in an historical house this is one of the best museums we've seen for a small town. We spent at least 2 hours and would recommend to anyone. And it's free.

A must visit place if you visit Aiken!! Only charge is a donation, one of the best museums we ever been to. They also have a rotating exhibit. Again a must.
