I take my grandchildren there on there days off from school. they really enjoy all there hand on things for kids to do and change things every 3 months

Spent about five minutes looking at the exhibits and five minutes in the gift shop. Bought a book on the Sioux in South Dakota history. Had hoped to see more on Native America history.More

This is a nice museum for younger kids and only takes an hour or so to tour. Never crowded so the kids can walk around take their time and see some examples of life years ago in South Dakota.More

Local and state history. Very interesting displays without being too detailed. Child had their own art space, play area for imaging. History of the prairie was great.
