Took less than 30 min if you walk very slow. "Art" work was...... Anyways, beautiful building, that made my visit. When we first went in, I though it was still under construction, I had to ask if they were open for business. I just hope this was funded by donation and volunteers, understandable.

We went to the museum based on the TripAdvisor recommendations and were blown away. The building restoration was true to the original building architectural elements. We discovered a period of Texas Modernist art and the artists we never knew existed. This is must see for anyone!

The Grace is one of those places which needs to be in Abilene. For a family's first visit there are art exhibits and exhibits showing kitchens of different eras and a bootmaking shop. The children's area has a good many interactive activities. For locals, the changing of the art exhibit on the first floor is one of the few places... More

The museum is a gem. It has great historical exhibits, art galleries and a interactive children's museum. It's a treasure in small town Texas.

From toddlers to teens to adults--the Grace always delights. Great staff and good revolving exhibits. A fun place to spend an afternoon or even a evening during ArtWalk.

There was nothing there unless you are a parent whose child has set in the exhibit. First floor had an exhibit of hanging abstract sheets of paper. The whole museum took us about 30 minutes and that included climbing the stairs.

Abilene has no shortage of fun things to do with your children, and the Grace is just another example of that. There is a wonderful art gallery, children's activity center, they hold classes for both adults and children and you can even rent the Grace for special occasions. Many after parties for plays held just down the street are held... More

There are three floors of art here, but only one showed history of interest to me. The top floor was the best for us; it showed a one hour film of local folks talking about ranching life and buffalo hunters but the sound volume was too low and it could use captions for the hard of hearing. They also have... More

Three floors of items. Some of the art was ok but most was not "museum" quality. The history was nice and the child station was good. It is more an art center than a museum.
