Great People, Best Beer
Jul 2019 • Solo
Friendliest staff and brewmaster around! I stopped by late at the recommendation of my mama. This place was friendly, helpful, and full of southern hospitality! Thank you again for a great visit and great tasting beer! The beer was smooth, perfect balance of hops, and nicely chilled. If I’m even anywhere near Dallas again, I’m stopping by! In the mean time, do you ship to North Carolina? Worth the visit and time for your taste buds!

Feel at Home
Feb 2019 • Couples
This brewery will make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Bartenders are friendly, plenty of seating and a nice beer selection. They are happy to explain any beers, and I haven't had one I didn't like yet. And it's kid-friendly as well as there are games in the back.

Great beers

I had a flight here and had a really hard time picking my favorite. They were all so good. When I couldn’t decide what I wanted, I was served a blend of their coffee stout and whiskey barrel one for an “Irish coffee”. It was delicious.

Nice micro brewery - wish they had longer hours

I really like Bitter Sisters. I've been trying to go here for years, but their limited hours Friday 4:00-9:00 PM and Saturday 11:00-3:00 PM makes it hard. I can't fault them at all. Running a tap room at night and on the weekends is extra hours for everyone.

The small brewery has nine beers on tap that cover a surprising breadth of flavors: lager, Marzen, Irish Red, IPA, Triple, and Imperial Stout. They even have a rum barrel aged Irish Red. I like most of their flavors, but having a wide range makes this an A+ brewery for me.

The tap room is tiny with maybe 10 bar seats, three or four tables, and couch/chair area. The two guys working were helpful and pleasant to be around. I loved the relaxed atmosphere with good beer.

Nothing bitter about it

We were staying nearby in Addison, and stopped by on a Friday afternoon. Great idea.
Hissy Fit and Busy Body were both excellent, great summer beers. Cat Fight IPA was one of the best I have ever had. Not a hop bomb. service was excellent, the folks working there love their job. Why not, when you have decent beers?

Just bitter I didn't know about it sooner.

Had some friends in town looking for a brewery we hadn't been to before, and settled on Bitter Sisters. Just off Belt Line, this unassuming brewery serves up $5 glasses of their beer for a couple of hours each week. They offer tours, but didn't have time for that; just time to try a few beers. I settled on the Irish Red (Knock Out), Marzen (Hissy Fit), and the Busy Body (Blonde Lager).

Not the biggest place, but sometimes that's how you meet new people. Show up, bu some beers, do the tour, and enjoy the time.

This is a very nice family ran business. The brew is as good as the people that brew it. Please do yourself a favor, go visit and savor the flavor.
