Bowling Alley not really focused on bowling

Yes, there are several lanes, but they have a full bar, bocce courts, giant jenga, ping pong. I was there as part of a group event and when I checked in with my own shoes and ball, they told me it may be best to not use my own bowling ball. Their system seems to have issues with the custom... Okay, bowling is fine but charging by game is getting kind of antiquated. Newer places usually will charge by the lane for the time regardless of how quick/slow you bowl. The food is okay, it's a bowling alley not a fine dinning establishment. Service was not good though, waitress was extremely slow to come around, and when she did she... More

The atmosphere is great for family and friends this place could even be a great place for business. I enjoyed playing pool, the staff there was more than helpful. The staff was more than eager to make sure your visit wouldn't be your last.

We went bowling with a group of friends, so we had a great time, but the checkout process took forever and service in general was not great. Drinks took a long time to arrive. Food was decent.

This was my second time here- and it was not crowded either time. It was our group- and another group- and they put us right beside each other. Bar service was very slow- once we checked in- finding an employee was rather difficult. We had fun- but they charge you per game- not per hour. Two games for two people... More

We met up in Dallas with cousins to celebrate my son's 28th birthday. Bowlmor went out of their way to make it great! I was surprised how tasty the food was. Everyone had a great time bowling while food & drinks were served by Kendrick laneside. The manager came around to make sure all was well & that we were... More

Worst place every. Customers service sucks. The management team needs a overhaul. Why build something nice and ruin by the staff.

Wife and I went in as part of her birthday celebration. The facility is not terrible, but the service was so bad that I cannot recommend this place to anyone. They claim to have wait staff, but not a single person asked us if we needed anything during our entire time there. We did see no less than three employees... More

The waitress was very nice and accomodating - the place was just ok. It seems to have aged quite a bit and doesn't have the same upbeat atmosphere and environment as when it was 300. Bowlmor bought them out or purchased them and they are a larger company so it may be more corporate and not as special caring as... More

I would not recommend this bowling alley to anyone, especially on a weekend evening. We expected to have to wait for a lane when we arrived at 7:30 PM on a Saturday night, but what we experienced was frustrating. We had decided to play billiards while we were waiting for a lane to open. As we sat behind the lanes,... More
