We attended a birthday celebration for a dear neighbor, hosted by his gracious wife, along with 20 or so of dear friends excited to celebrate a 60th birthday. The night started out amazing, as we all crowded into a limousine bus, cranked up but under control, for a long, fun, night out, to Pete's Dueling Piano bar. We were there to spend money, and have lots of fun and of course, be mature and respectful to everyone. Upon arrival, the rudeness of the front door people dampened things for a moment, but we blew it off, and went inside, took our seats, ordered drinks, and we were ready to party. We were seated by 730p, expecting and hoping for this to be a long night of celebration. Sadly, by 1030p, it was over. I guess the way Pete's works, is they get you in early, insult the guest, by cutting off alcohol service, for no good reason at all, in order to "turn" the tables for the Comedy Club crowd, (which their show ends around 1030-1100P). That's their ploy to make room for a new "thirstier" crowd . Pretty pathetic, and very poor business practice. Never once, did the manager come over, ask us how our night was, can i do anything for you, thank you for coming in tonight, Nothing!!! Needless to say, NONE of us, or ANY of our friends will ever set foot in that place again. By the way, the place is filthy, and if you want food, you have to go across the parking lot to get it! That's a joke in itself. Although we made the very best of the remainder of the night, needless to say, I wouldn't waste my time and money going to this place. Their are plenty of other establishments in the Metro Plex to spend your money and have a good time, and you WILL be treated respectfully. Insulting! Shameful! Disrespectful!

This was a celebration for my husbands 60th birthday. There were about 20 professionals in our group of friends and family ( Global Presidents, NFL players, business owners) I paid $150 for each table of 4 to be reserved this only included the cover and one drink. Very expensive but I felt it would be worth it for VIP.
Huge disappointment
We all came together in an expensive limousine bus and entered the club. When I mentioned to the door man we were the Lake party and asked how many had gone in so far he informed me “I’m not paid enough to keep count”. I had several people driving themselves and wanted them under our free cover. Sigh, no big deal really I guess.
We were to to be there between 7:00 and 7:30 to guarantee our tables together. I asked to be away from the front tables as we would enjoy moving around and socializing. Not a problem I was told.
We really had a good time, enjoyed the music and good friends. I visited people standing and sitting at various tables. Our young waitress seemed ok until a number of my guests told me she had cut me off of service. Didn’t tell me, told my guests and wouldn’t say why. I was not drunk, we were so confused. I had moved around while we were there and had 6 others in my family on our drink tab, once again sigh.
I went to speak to the manager and he didn’t know why, brought her over and when asked what happened she smirked and shrugged her shoulders, WHAT???? The manager said he had to back up his employees. I understand that to a degree but absolutely not in this case.
As a result our 20 plus guests immediately left in unison. Much earlier than anticipated . This was 10pm. I paid VIP and limo til closing which is 1am!!!! My guess is they weren’t getting the revenue in drinks from us as we were a mostly mature group and they wanted the seats for the fresh group arriving after the comedy club exited.
The 20% gratuity was already a given, how do you think I feel about that on my credit card?!
Also as VIP paying guests we had not heard from or seen the Manager all night until this
happened.
My maturity went out the window as I was the last to exit with our group and gave the entire place a double FU including the number of obviously over-served patrons.

So disappointed. We were at Addison Improv and wanted to go over to Pete’s Piano bar after, as we have many times. We were told that they weren’t letting anyone in because there were no tables. Looked inside and it was pretty much empty and we told them we could stand. Jeff—who said he was the general manager, told us we couldn’t come in and stand or even go to the bar (which was. Empty)! He was exceptionally rude and condescending to us and it really soured my opinion of a place that we free we frequented over the years. We will be going to Fort Worth from now on. Very disappointed with how we were talked to and treated. As a person that owns a business I would be very disappointed with my manager if she talked to a customer as this man talked to me.

We really enjoyed it here...they knew alot of songs and did a great job. They were funny as well.
Only down side is it fills up quick on the weekends so you have to arrive early yo get a seat....especially if you are handicapped like me.

First make a reservation cause if not you will be standing up and can only take a seat when available after 9pm. This place has a great atmosphere, even if you dont participate in the sing along it's great for people watching for sure. If neither is for you then this isn't the place for you period. No draft beer and limited bottle selection. They also have mix drinks and liquor. Bar food is also served, but not much selection. The entertainers are great and get you moving for sure. The staff is very friendly and take care of you, again if you standing up give them a minute they will get to you. Also its 10 bucks per person if your going as a couple/solo and not part of a group. Valet is 5 bucks and worth it instead of looking for a place to park. Dont know what it cost if your with a group. All in all come to have a great time and sing your ass off! CHEERS!

I took my best friend here for her birthday last night and it was the best idea. This place is fun, engaging and just all around awesome! I’d recommend it to anyone looking to have a fun night. The performers get everyone involved and are highly skilled at their jobs. I will definitely be back.

We visited Pete's Dueling Piano Bar during a night out on the town for a birthday celebration. We had an awesome time! The music was fantastic, very entertaining. The food was good and the drinks were probably better (judging by the behavior of other guests!) We had a great time, what a way to party!
