Wine Tasting at Amarillo Botanical Gardens

Enjoyed the beautiful landscapes! Didn't see inside Botanicals, it was closed. The different outdoor plants were well chosen and placed for a pleasing effect.

It was cold. Free but could donate. The lights were all over the place you could take pictures any where and have a wonderful backdrop of lights. I loved the botanical gardens the plant were huge. A must to see any time of the year. We will see again the beauty of spring

They had their Night of Lights in December. My granddaughter loved it, she is 4. Picture opportunities everywhere. Free and donations accepted.

For the size of Amarillo, these gardens are nice. Lots of outdoor plants to see. Inside, like all botanical gardens it's humid and hot. Admission is reasonable. During Christmas time it's gorgeous when decorated with lights and music playing.

I was invited to a special event and as I entered the walkway was lite up with Christmas lights and a line of people waiting to enter. Santa met us as we were headed to the special room for our event. After the event, we were able to see the beautiful lighting.

This weekend was the opening for their 2016 Christmas lights display. It was just beautiful, even better than last year. We started with a free cup of hot chocolate then took a relaxing stroll through the garden. It is an easy walk both outside and in the building. There are different types of displays/lights. So you need to visit each... More

This is a place of beauty and remembrance of several who thought beauty is important in a strong cowboy culture. It's small, but it's nice place to admire nature and gather one's thoughts.

We stopped here during our quickie tour of Amarillo. The horticultualists were recovering from a recent hailstorm that did quite a bit of damage, but despite that it was a very pleasant surprise. It's small and little in comparison to places like the Dallas Arboretum, but regardless they have a large selection of regional flora arranged in very pleasant form.... More

Went during the holidays when the grounds are lit up and it's open evenings. It was very nice, with wheelchair accessibility
