Harrington House is a lovely place to enjoy with a friend. The Harringtons were gracious people with beautiful furnishings, and Mrs. Harrington's clothing was stylish and pretty.

When we drove by there was a sign in front saying this is now a private residence. Not sure if they still have tours.

This is a beautiful house the windows are very pretty. It seems to be well made since it is so old and still in good condition.

Loved hearing about the history of the families that owned the house. The tour guides are very knowledgable.

If you like to see great homes of the past this is a must do in Amarillo,Texas. This was the home of Don and Sybil Harrington and it contains a fantastic collection of memorabilia of the famous family.

We are spending the weekend in Amarillo and would love to tour this house. Disappointed that tours are only available Tuesday & Thursday.

I always enjoyed this place as a kid, its another part of Amarillo's History, and its a big, nice, classic American Home! Its a history lovers spot!

A beautiful home with lots of history in it. You will enjoy this historic home located downtown Amarillo. They do tours but only 6 people at a time and they don't make any exceptions. Very much worth seeing this home.

The tours are free. They are on Tuesdays and Thursdays every half hour from 10 to 12:30. You have to make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance. It is a very lovely place. I hope you enjoy it.
