Gone Downhill

A few years ago, you could buy a day pass, and they had small simple budget rooms. Now it seems all corporate and geared to the indulgence of rich people.

Needed a peaceful place to refuel, this resort was it! The staff were all gems who made you feel welcome and very comfortable and very well taken care of at all times. The grounds are beautiful and very calming. Stay here to rejuvenate and relax, but do take advantage of the extensive well being classes they offer, they are wonderful.... More

This place was amazing. It is quaint and personal. The staff were highly attentive and welcoming. I read a previous review saying it was understaffed. NOT AT ALL! This is not your typical in and out spa. It is relaxing band peaceful. If you're looking to get relaxed and rejuvenated this is the place. Best massages we have EVER had!!!

I feel over priced, EVEN with the Groupon coupon. We spent the night, but was not informed that it was under going changes. It is a lovely facility, and I hope with the new ownership it becomes a better one. I feel they should offer "local pricing" on services as well as stay. The spa is way understaffed, I would... I had a groupon day spa gift at The Crossings which I used to get the Watsu massage. The massage felt good during and immediately afterwards. But my back started stiffening up on my drive back home and I was stiff the rest of the evening and the entire day after. I'm the kind who would get a deep tissue... More

I tried on 2 ocassions to book spa services for my daughter and myself. I kept getting a voice mail, left a message, and no one called me back. So I called the next day- same thing- no one answered! When someone finally called me back five hours later, the time slots I wanted were filled. She said they have... More
