I came here last night to see Dave Chappell and friends (haha). I went with my husband and our Yelper friends Nikki and Rawhide. I was excited to try out this venue since I had never been there before. We started off with a body...More

This is such a cool place. We had a private event here so the drinks and food were catered and complimentary. We had full access to the entire space and it was really fun to see all the pictures of the artists performances over the...More

Of course we had a great time here! Willie Nelson for New Years. I suppose whoever you see here is pretty cool. A very nice venue. No long line for restrooms or bar service. There were a handful of different vendors. One even selling food,...More

Saw Willie Nelson and I have to say the venue was great. No seat stealing and difficult people to deal with. Ushers are top notch in corralling obnoxious people. Easy to get, plenty of parking (minimal fee). I'll be going back.

If you enjoy music but not the chaos of some concerts this is your place. The ushers are strict about where you are allowed to be in the venue and if someone is being over-the-top disruptive they will talk to and/or remove them but it...More

We've gone twice and loved it both times. The ushers are really professional and saved the evening before we even had a chance to ask for help when the lady in front of us stood up and blocked our view. They have a cash bar...More

This is one of those rare venues that has great acoustics and there really isn't a bad house. We saw Willie Nelson from the upper side balcony and it was great!

I wanted to take my 11 year old son to see the 82 year old Willie Nelson and as time passes the venues got more and more 18+. This place allowed kids and it was great. Easy walk from downtown Austin hotels and acoustics are...More

We saw Mannheim Steamroller's Christmas concert on Dec 26th and this was the first time I had been to Moody Theater. It was smaller and more intimate than I had expected, and we loved it. This time of year, there was a lot of parking...More

It depends on the show. For Robert Plant, we were there very early and we still had to jockey for position. A lesser known artist, you can probably just show up 30 minutes early.

Any child over the age of one is required to have a ticket to shows. I saw Willie Nelson in late 2016 and saw many children there. It's a good venue to see shows.
