My husband and I attended the Friday night (Capitol ghosts) tour with Maverick. He was pretty funny and very knowledgeable about the history of all the areas we visited. I wish the website had mentioned the length (1.5 hours) of the tour. It wasn’t a...More

Maverick led us on the Historic District Tour, and was excellent! He is entertaining, knowledgeable, and really does a great job of keeping everyone on the tour engaged. I strongly recommend this or any of the Austin Ghost Tours - and their books!

Was a very entertaining tour. Got to go to 4 different sites since we were driving. The Driscoll hotel and Clay Pot were very interesting to see and hearing the ghost stories was entertaining as well. Getting in and out of the hearse may be...More

We had a great time. We didn’t encounter and ghost but it was a lot of fun learning about the buildings and their history. I would definitely do it again. The bars and drink specials were also nice too.

The guide dressed up and I thought it might be good. That was the high point. She told us we would get to go in an abandoned building, we didn’t. Told hokey ghost stories with supposed voices that we clearly manufactured. Save your money

We were so excited to do this tour. Unfortunately, it could have been so much more. This tour has the potential to be very interesting, but on this night it felt like mostly second-hand stories of ghost encounters. We wish they would have gotten more...More
