Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We went to mass at the Cathedral on Sunday at 8:30 PM. It was a long mass of the cathedral is very pretty with beautiful baroque interior. It is worth visiting and there is a museum next door. It's located right in the middle of town.

Located in central part of Jujuy - at the central square. Good spot to take photos, one of the tourist spots in Jujuy central. Overall is a good place to stop and walk around Jujuy

Located in the town centre of this lively little city, the interior of the Cathedral is a tranquil haven. The paintings, images and high altar are beautiful works of devotional art.

Another spectacular Catholic Cathedral in a small city. The ceiling is unique and the Altar and pulpit are ornate and well-maintained.

This is a lovely structure in the center of the city and the burial site of Oscar Romero, a prominent Roman Catholic priest and archbishop of El Salvador in the 1960's and 1970's. He spoke out against human rights and begged the military to stop killing civilians. He clashed with the local government and Catholic Church. He was shot in 1980 while celebrating mass. (Located in the basement of the church). There was an art display, by children, of his likeness. The church is plain but interesting.

You must see the back patio, the general Manuel Belgrano and the Argentinian flag.
Beautiful building with a lot of history. Take your time and appreciate it from the plaza.

Bienvenidos a Jujuy!
