We loved seeing all of the animals in the Pampas but it does feel very touristy and less authentic than the jungle. You pass a lot of other boats and see a lot of other people doing the same tour. We visited at the end...More

Had a fantastic time in the amazon with Dolphin tours. The food was amazing, the best I had in Bolivia by far, the tour guide called Antonio was brilliant and we saw so much wildlife. Highlight of my trip, highly recommended, "Oh my Gata!"

Fantastic way to see wildlife up close in their natural environment. The range of wildlife was diverse and included caimans, dolphins, various species of monkeys and birds, anacondas, capybaras, piranhas, turtles and more. A word of warning, the mosquitos are extremely aggressive (they will bite...More

Go for a tour in this place but try to avoid the group. The best is to hire the guide and the boat just for you. And take your binoculars otherwise you won't enjoy that much.

We set off on a very uncomfortable 3 hr drive in a cramped 4 cylinder Toyota station wagon (not a 4wd) as advertised. What could have been a fantastic and fun experience was spoilt by a guide who didn't speak English, was impatient and didn't...More

Did this during a spare day in Rurrenabaque, and it was good value, and lasted 12 hours, door to door. Camp where we had lunch quite basic and has big building works going on - not sure I'd have wanted to stay, probably worth knowing...More

We have done the 3 day tour with Dolphins Travel in the Pampas. We found the river, nature, animals (caymans, turtles, copibaras, birds, anaconda, piranha, Dolphins,...) and accommodation fantastic and really enjoyed our time in the pampas. However, we were really disappointed by our guide...More

Hi Richard, we are planning our SA trip for Sept/ Oct. I would love to do 3 days pampas and one day jungle, but am not really clear on how that works. Do you go back to RURRENABAQUE between the two, or are you already at the starting place up the river ... .as you can see I am a bit confused as to the location of each tour. Did you purchase the 2 trips together as a package? How long before you went? Also, what was the approximate cost of the tours ? I really appreciate your help. Cheers, Jan

Does this tour operator have a website? We would like to see more of what they offer along with the prices. Thank you. TJ
