It would have great views of the city, but its closed at the moment (Jan 2019) for an upgrade. Could only give it an average because no details about closure available on Brazil tourist websites.

I know it's a landmark in Brasilia but the tower seems to be forgotten by the city hall. It's really a pity since it's located in the best area of the city but I was really worried about its reliability.
