I went to Afonso Pena marketing Just to have Fun. It was Poll day and I got the opportunity, after voting, for some shopping. It was amazing.

The fair is not only visited by locals, but people from cities nearby come to BH just to shop here! I recommend to arrive early (around 8am) because it gets very crowded after 11am. Things you can buy there: shoes, clothes, accessories such as necklaces,...More

Do not miss it! Very good deals. If you like arts, this is the place to go. If you are looking for Oil or Acrylic paintings, you will find good prices.

Must visit! Leather, stones, fabric, wood pieces. Clothes, bags, shoes, decorations objects, bijouterie, for all public. Also a lot of (very tasty!) traditional/ regional food available.

If you like street markets, you shouldn't miss this one. Huge variety of good quality handicraft for very good prices. Somewhat crowded, though. Open only on Sundays until about 16h. But, if you want to shop, the earlier the better.
