nice place to go with friends and relax a little. the view is fantastic, however the city does not take care of it. There was construction and not even a sign to guide you where to go in a safe way.

despite the fact that we went during holiday time, it was closed for maintenance all day. maybe a good idea to inform the local hotels to avoid disappointments. the next day we went at the given opening time of 09:00am, but it didn't start functioning until 09:30. the whole structure is pretty old and the doors of our cabin didn't... More

Although the cable car is outdated and safety can be questionable, the ride has breathtaking views! The city should invest in accessibility, infrastructure, such as bathrooms, and maintenance to ensure safe rides.

Perfect weather on a sunny Saturday we take the cable car which is a tourist attraction the Sierra de Santo Domingo to the Christ on top. Many tourists from all over Brazil there. That is the easiest, and funniest, way to get on the top of the Hill of San Domingos, which is 5,530 ft (1.686 m) above sea level. Once you are there, you will be able to see all but the whole town, and all mountainous formations of the second largest cauldron on the globe (volcanic area)...well, on a clear day... More
