Beautiful calm beach. great for snorkeling, many spot sea turtles there. I saw one quickly while i was there. the waster is very clear.

This is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. Blue sea, palm trees... it is everything you imagine as paradise. We took a boat that went around the whole island and after seeing one jewel after another, this one (the last before luch stop) was still able to astonish us. When at Abraão, look for "Volta à Ilha". They will take you to Meros.

Seems to be a favorite of rich locals with their huge yachts. Was difficult to find spot to park. It was polluted with food swimming in the water thrown off boats and used by tourists to try attract fishes. We were recommended to snorkel but barely saw anything but one swarm of fishes attracted by ppl with food. Could be so much more if locals would have a sense to keep the island clean.sad.

I guess the beach is a compliment to having lunch over there. There are a few restaurants on this beach and you can enjoy the view. However, I would not be staying here for enjoying the beach alone, there are better places on this island.

Desejo saber se a Praia dos Meros faz parte da Ilha Grande, ou se, ela faz parte da Ilha dos Meros? Pesquisei mas não consigo chegar a uma conclusão. Quero conhecer essa praia e não consigo entender exatamente onde ela fica. Desde já agradeço se puderem me informar. Lidia Oliveira

A praia dos meros faz parte da ilha grande. Ela fica na parte da ilha virada pro mar aberto. Eu fui até lá fazendo o passeio de volta completa na ilha, que durou o dia inteiro e incluiu também as praias de aventureiro, parnaioca e caxadaço.
