if you enjoy horseracing this is a must see. Also they have a fantastic restaurant on the grounds called Rubayat Rio, great BBQ , friendly staff and fantastic food

If you like to bet the ponies this is a lot of fun. The buildings are classic and a have a feel of yesteryear. If you are not fluent in Portuguese ask for an English visitors guide which explains the bets allowed. Betting and drinks...More

Very huge and beautiful JC. The location itself magnificent; you can see it from the Christo. Free admissions to watch the race. Bits are as low as 2 Brazilian Ryal.

Just popped in on the off chance as was visiting locally. There's a strict dress code that they don't accept men who aren't wearing trousers into any enclosure bar the first one, in which there isn't much to do in. Women seemingly can wear whatever....More

Has a great restaurant in the main club area, and horse races. Worth a visit if you are staying in the area or passing by. Only the two previuosly mentioned areas are open for the general public, the rest being reserved for members.
