Very close to the centre (Pitangueiras) it is a calmer alternative for those with children or those who want to swim not surf and the waves have gotten a little large at pitangueiras beach.

This beach is a great option in Guarujá, specially for those who don't like the crowd and the noise in Enseada or Pitangueiras beaches. Recommended!

This beach is situated in the Asturias neighborhood which is an upper class residential area with lots restaurants and shopping.

The waves are perfect for the learning surfer. The family can enjoy the beach with the chairs and umbrellas provided by the local bars. Beach by the city , but still an clean place to go.

You could sit here for hours, enjoying he beach, people watch, swim in the relatively calm sea, watch kids playing and vendors selling stuff. Really enjoyed the day here.
