We arrived at a cloudy day but the place itself is amazing and very unique.
Also, I recommend to drive by car to that beach. In other beaches I strongly recommend to rent a bike as the sand permits to ride easily on it
An incredibly beautiful beach and when you walk to the right hand side another beach joins and the water surrounds an island which can easily be reached on foot. Very picturesque.Large hotel nearby and plenty of small stalls selling drinks and food.
Nothing wrong with it, but you can find better in Brazil. On the plus side easy access, somewhat sheltered if you are looking for a quiet spot of surf.

Twice a day two parts of the ocean join around an island. It's something rare and amazing.
The water is clear and not too rough. The only problem is the Hotel Jequitimar that closes part of the beach as if they own it.
