Clean and professional service!

The car was very clean and service was on-time, professional and courteous. It was great to have a friendly English speaking driver with whom I could communicate with and spend the ride practicing my Portugues conversation. I highly recommend Mundi if you want peace of mind along with clean, professional service!!!

After 10 years of excellent transport service, now a Private city tour

I travel to Brazil often for work and always use Mundi for transportation from and to the airport (over 10 years now), but this trip we also booked a private city tour using Mundi. We had an exceptional tour of the city with many places packed into our limited schedule of one day. The services and tour guide were excellent and perfect for our small team, even our local Brazilian employees learned and visited places they had not yet in the city they live. Visiting the places but also learning about the history behind each location made the tour one of the best I have during travels abroad from the US. JC and his team are the best, excellent service always!

Family trip to São Paulo

Having the van for our family trip to São Paulo was extremely helpful. Service was reliable and drivers spoke English. Van was clean and spacious for our large family. Will definitely use again our next trip

Safe and pleasant transport

We had a long (7 hour) smooth journey to São Paulo. Our driver was André and he was a very good, safe and pleasant driver. Halfway we paused at a clean and good restaurante. We were very happy with Andre as our driver yesterday. Tjanks Mundi Transporte Executive.

First class service transfer to/from hotel
Sept 2019
Needed a transfer to and from the airport on my recent trips to Sao Paulo and used Mundi both times. Ariving early morning after a long flight and in a unfamiliar country I needed a reliable service. Driver was waiting in the arrivials with my name, safe and comfortable journey, english speaking, lots of tips on where to go and where to eat.
Make sure you book through the website as it was a lot easier and cheaper than if bnooked as I did in a third party.
First class service.

Glad I booked this transfer

Booked the transfer from on the cruise ship, and I am very pleased with the way everything turned out. The pick up from the port of Santos was not on time, but earlier there, with the name sign. Took us to our hotel in Sao Paulo, very safe and fast and hassel free. Very good and polite driver with good english. would definitly recommend.

Hello Debbie, We appreciate you taking some time off from your holiday to write us a review, brilliant. Just to clarify the pickup time at the Port of Santos, our drivers were there for our clients on time but there was an emergency on the ship and the immigration held everyone inside for nearly 5 hours. We waited patiently for all passengers and when everybody left the cruise, it was a big confusion outside. But as you said, it was easy to spot your driver with the pickup sign and the transfer to Sao Paulo was as smooth as possible. Again, we are thankfull for your lovely feedback and we hope to see you again in your next visit to Brazil.

We've used Mundi on several occasions now and have been really impressed each time. Professional, on time, immaculate vehicles, English speaking drivers who drive safely and are extremely courteous. They even unpack your bags and deliver to your door. Travelling in Brazil can be intimidating and knowing you have reliable and professional transport waiting for you at the airport who delivers you safely to your door means a lot. Highly recommended.

Excellent and prompt service

We found Mundi Executive transport through google search and trip advisor search for Sao Paolo (airport transfers).
After reading the trip advisor reviews we sent an email request to Jean Carlos. The form was easy to answer and request services. Jean Carlos responded quickly with the cost and vehicle that we would need. The cost was great but even better was the contact before our trip to ease any worries about the booking (we had sent some follow up emails before the flights). We flew into GRU early on Sunday morning and Jean Carlos was waiting at the arrivals exit. We were very happy and the business sedan was perfect for 2 people, 2 large suitcases, and carry-ons. I highly recommend Mundi and Jean-Carlos for your transport needs in Sao Paolo. Peace of mind is priceless. Happy travels!

Top Notch Friendly Service!

Mundi Transport, headed by Jean Carlos, is an exceptional ground transportation service and more! He helped make arrangements for our group of 13. He provided individual airport transfers as members arrived at different airports, group transfers to and from airports throughout the country, and sightseeing tours in Sao Paulo,and Foz do Iguazu!
He also provided for us a 24 passenger mini bus to take us from Santo Angelo to Porto Alegre. We were very comfortable for this 5-6 hour drive. After a few days in Sao Paulo we were leaving from CGH airport to Navagantes, our first domestic flight. To our surprise and delight there was Jean Carlos to make sure our group navigated the mostly Portuguese speaking airport. What a difference this made for us. He was going above and beyond for us! He constantly monitored every service himself. When booking the services he was always responsive in a timely way. The tours proved to be with the best of the best tour guides. Mundi and Jean Carlos only does Top Notch and Friendly service. I highly recommend you use them without hesitation whether you are an individual or a group!
