It is a great place to visit if you are really interested in Modernist Architecture. It Is not easy to get there since you will need to get there by car. This is right up there with Philip Johnson’s Glass House or certain Frank Lloyd Wright buildings -- not that they’re similar, but more in terms of experiencing iconic Modernist architecture that was designed by and for the architect as her own home. This "glass house" was built in São Paulo by the architect Paula Bo Bardi, and was the first house built in the district of Morumbi. It is so beautiful, the loft surrounded by glass, surrounded by trees that she and her husband grew around the house. It is as if she had just left, the furniture she created, the kitchen,... More
