Nice park with huge trees and even a small lake. Lots of police and we felt very safe and a very charming weekend market of arts and crafts.

It is well worth visiting this square on Sundays as arts and crafts are on sale. The space devoted to the market has been reduced and strolling at your leasure is less attractive!

The park itself has great potential with stunning trees and a lovely little artificial pond and fountain. However there are homeless people everywhere and no police to be seen when we were there, which naturally made it feel unsafe.

There are a lot of things there, if you're a kinda of Street/tourist photographer you'll love this place, and there are a lot of historical buildings with nice architecture.

At saturdays there is a market at the price with handwork from artists. the surrounding parc is nothing special. Walk around for 15 minutes and walk to Praca da Se or Libertad

We went on a Sunday around midday to the artisan market! Prices are very reasonable and some lovely stuff! There is a big good area at the back on the right as well! Don't think there would be much reason for going there during the...More
