Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Nicely positioned in a villa on top of a hill, with wonderful sea views. The gallery itself is very interesting, it has both works by classical Bulgarian artists as well as contemporary works, some of which are for sale.
We had the chance of catching a pottery and glazed earthenware exhibition, and could even buy a few items which made great gifts for our loved ones at home, at interesting prices!

Just happened to visit Balchik again. Last summer we made a full tour around The Palace and Botanical gardens. So we wasn’t attracted to do it again. We wanted just to relax around the garden. The cashiers and entrance lady are super rude! In fact she followed us to make sure that we’ll not do more than 50 steps inside, for which we paid 28leva (2 adults and 4 kids). It’s a 2 different attractions, belong to 2 different institutions and you have to queue twice for different tickets. But in fact is one entrance at one place. And you MUST buy two tickets for the both attractions. I think is ridiculous. Stuff is rude. Will not recommend it to nobody, its not worth the effort.
