We have the pleasure to introduce you our company. Established in the year of 2004 the Balkan PMS company is growing with every year that passes. One of our main services is transporting travelers to their desired destinations, taking the stress and strain out of their holiday. Anywhere that you require to go we can cater for. We offer very affordable and high quality transport service using cars and mini-buses. You can feel confident and safe with us, we are fully licensed, bonded and insured. Vehicle types will be catered for your group size, ranging from taxis and minibuses for smaller groups to large comfort buses for bigger groups. We can organize discounted rates for Large Groups over 20 , so you can be sure that you will be getting the best value transfer available. Our driver will meet you personally at your terminal arrival gate or platform, or any place you want, carrying a board with "Your Name" written on. You will be escorted to your vehicle, with no-fuss or waiting. Then you can relax as the driver takes care of your trip to your hotel or accommodation or other transfer point. Don't worry also about rushing to get your flight we make sure that we leave enough time to get to your destination . With an organized transfer shuttle, we can take you direct to the airport with no stress. We are always willing to provide assistance with luggage. Unlimited time of waiting and parking payment are already included into the rate.

We stayed at Flora apartments so PMS were recommended. The booking was really easy and we had really good communication from the office. The driver that picked us up from the airport was really helpful, even though his driving was a bit scary on occasion. Getting back to the airport was also really easy, and the driver was able to drop us off at the doors to the airport. The overall price was really good.

Anna and the team couldn't do enough to make our stay at The Flora hotel comfortable.
Communication was excellent, with clear, quick responses.
I really look forward to returning to Borovets again and booking with Balkan PMS.

The guy was standing at Sofia arrivals with a sign on it. He collected our suitcases and took us to Flora apartments, Borovets. Same on the return leg. Organised, efficient transfers. Roughly same price as all the competitors. You can book these guys with confidence.

With limited time and only a few days before traveling, I contacted so many people to organize a private day trip for skiing from Sophia. This company, particularly Anna, helped me plan everything from the ski gear and ski clothing to my instructor and my private transfers to and from the resort as I was staying in Sofia. She was always prompt in her replies and very efficient.
My driver was also super kind and made many stops for me along the way to take photos and buy coffee.
Thank you for being so patient and accommodating in planning an amazing ski trip for me !!

Great service from start to finish. We chose this company for our transfers too and from the airport, as well as accommodation. Everything ran smoothly and on time. Any request or question we had was answered straight away with a solution. Couldn't ask for any more!

Used this company for airport transfer. (so cheap for a family via minibus, about 1-1.25hrs. Friendly driver even took us to McDonalds before dropping us at the airport. (he offered).
Ski package was very good, and the cheapest I could find, with good reviews. Instructors speak good english and cater for all abilities. Ski shop does cheap repairs and waxing, and even gave us free wine at the end of the day (not sure if that was because it was Christmas week, or always)

I have used Balkan PMS travel for several years now. This year we could not have are normal accommodation, but alternative was good, but further out then we would like.
Staff picking us up very helpful. Would use PMS again but only accommodation in the town.

We were picked up by the driver who was waiting for our flight arriving at Sofia airport. He helped us with our bags and was a safe driver which was good considering it was pelting it down with snow!
He dropped us off at our hotel and helped us with our bags.
For the return trip they were at our hotel at the appointed time and also helped us with our bags on and off the shuttle.
We felt very safe and the drivers drove to the conditions so that at no time were we worried.
Very good service.
