You need to look beyond the commercial element of this lovely town. Yes, there are tourist shops but there is a lot to see, some lovely churches, a good museum and many interesting restaurants.

You can wander around an look at quite a few places. There is a ticket you can buy that will let you in to all the churches and the museums... I think it is about 20 lev per person.
