It is a very special place. Quite pricey if you just consider the poor facilities, but worth it if you consider the the wonderful landscape and the hotspring itself. Although I personally think the rusticity makes sense on this kind of place, the price still...More

We rented a motocycle to get there and the amazing view on our way to the hot springs made the visit worth it. Banos de Colinas has very limited structure (basicaly a dirty bathroom) which does not compensate the entrance fee (8000 pesos pp). No...More

Set in stunning scenery but a tricky drive to get there. Just when you think you’ve taken the wrong route you need to continue. Small charge to get in and the changing facilities are extremely limited/simple. We visited in spring when there was still snow...More

We spent the morning hiking and then drove to Banos. Don't expect to find fluffy bathrobes or towels. Bring your own things with you, as well as drinks because there is nowhere to buy anything at the hot springs. The view from the pools is...More

The pools were nice and warm, and the view was beautiful. But it was very crowded and the water in the showers was ice cold and there weren’t any proper spaces for changing clothes. Also the toilet was disgusting.

I was excited about this place, that promisses a nice bath in the mountains. The truth is: it's hard to get there, because the roads are not easy (ground road a few km before it and a lot of trucks along the way). Once you...More

It's a stunning location surrounded by the Andes. We hired a car and stayed in a local hotel. We were up early and there well before the Santiago trippers, quiet and peaceful. The road isn't too difficult, all sorts of cars were making the journey....More

A beautiful place from every angle. Even the trip to get there is just hypnotizing, from the lush forests you see on passing to the beautiful colourful rocky sights of the mountains as you get higher on the road. You can get there by car...More

Stunning views, nice pools. The struggle to drive there basically made the place feel even better. I suggest you take a 4-wheel-drive, we did have a Toyota Corolla, and the road required quite amount of concentration. Price was quite high, 8000 CLP per adult, 4000...More

Soaking in a warm natural thermal pool in the middle of nowhere in the mountains, surrounded by snow - need I say more? Blown away. Will remember it forever. Go in the mornings - it gets busier as the day progresses. It's hard to get...More

It's an amazing termal place. Multiple pools with different water temperature, since 55 at 20 celsius degrees. Amazing nature view of the mountains.

We spend a couple of hours on Easter. The landscape is nice but, as other users pointed out, bathroom and changing rooms were dark and not so clean. Same for the pools. There are thermal pools close to Rome for the same price. In New...More
