This winery is built within a mountain. The building and the winery are completely new and state of the art winery. It has amazing views and the wine is pretty good

Is really upscale and different winery. They have mastered all details and the tour ia must do if you arein the area. Reservation in advance is needed and sometimes little mess.

A lot of interesting architecture, and some great insights into winemaking there, including technology wise. Could be improved by detour to the vines, but really well worth a visit!
