Don't expect English, western food, or to know what you're ordering. This is a local tourists' hangout. Still a nice stroll in the evening, though. And everyone goes out of their way to help.

Cool stores and restaurants. Try the moldy tofu. Fun place and lots to see. Has god restaurants and lots of neat stuff to see and buy.

Though not very big, it's a great opportunity to see the typical tiered-gabled roof houses that characterise the architecture of the Anhui region of China. The food is interesting too, especially the "Hairy Tofu" (毛豆腐).

We stayed in a small hotel in the ancient street. Excellent location and well worth a visit. Great restaurant at the entrance to Main Street

Before you get up to the mountain, this is a good place for a rest and replenish some dry goods to help in the climb up the mountain

We had a nice stroll, people are very kind & always smiling, the atmosphere is very laid back & even though you could tell it's a tourist place (no foreigners though) it's not tacky at all, but very pleasant...

No, different place, this is an old town not only a street, so many things to do and see around there, it is really worth it and considered one of the humanity patronage by Unesco
