The West Wall is included in the ticket for the Jiayuguan Fort, so might as well visit. Depending on what kind of shape you are in this can be an easy hike or a more difficult one. We spent a total of 45 minutes here, but you can spend more time if you like. The climb up is quite steep... More

This is a Disney version of the Great Wall. Not connected to the Wall, totally modern, you have fake camels and travelers along the Wall. You just climb up and down. Not worth the detour and entry tickets. Better go to the first tower or the Jiayuguan pass. This is the first place that we did in the morning. If... More

This part is also called the overhanging wall. It has no fort and two towers. You have to climb up, which is a reasonable climb. The view on the black mountains is nice.
