If you go around 1730 you get to see them removing the floating part of the bridge which they do each evening and then bring them back in the morning.

Ancient and magnificent bridge. As the Chinese old saying goes you never really visit ChaoZhou until you had visited the bridge.

Using one of China’s 4 famous ancient bridges as the main show and the mountains as a backdrop, it’s just short of breath stopping. Light show isn’t long, about 15-20min. But enough to impress. I was there only in the evening so I didn’t manage...More

Everyone waits for 7pm, when suddenly the illumination starts. During the day the imitation bridge doesn't look anything too special, but with the lights, that changes.

Nice bridge that you can walk across the Han Chiang river and located just outside the walled city of Chaozhou. Pleasant place for a stroll. One of the things to do while in Chaozhou.

Guangji Bridge is not merely a bridge. Here, visitors can take a stroll while enjoying the view. On a clear day, the view will be very picturesque with the white clouds on a blue sky combining with mountains as the background.
