We went a week after Golden Week which was still crowded but was bearable. Our tour guide said that during super peak periods, there can be up to 40,000 people in the park per day! We were a bit "lucky" as there were around 12,000 visitors that day? Thank goodness the park is HUGE! We had a private bus to... More

Gorgeous place. We chartered their private bus for comfort and convenience. Totally worth it because we didn't have to stop at their designated bus stops which may be quite a walk from some attractions. After awhile some spots look repetitive and a little boring. Expected more but it wasn't especially mind-blowing for us. Worth a visit due to all the... More

Once you are inside the park, you can only travel by park buses which runs often. The route is Y-shaped. You can see the entire park in one day if you don't spend too much time in any one spot There are all concoctions of water fall not to be missed

There is amazing sightseeing in China, one place is Jiuzhaigou Valley. It is located in west Sichuan Province. If you take a bird's eye view, you will see the shaped of it likes the letter Y and stretches more than 40 kilometers. This is a special sight, the landscape is very unique. The most magical thing is that in different seasons,... More

A very beautiful park with serene water and majestic mountains. There are so many scenic spots in this park that you need more than a day to explore all of them. There is only one restaurant(canteen) in this park. All the scenic spots are served by the park buses but you may also hike from one to the next.

Though the park is beautiful, almost all the board walk paths are closed in winter. They claim this is due to fire risk, which is ridiculously. We didn't know this in advanced and got here by 9 hour bus from chengdu. Very disappointing, all you can do is ride the bus around. If you don't mind that then great go for... More

Jiuzhaigou is often not on the itineraries of people traveling through China, but it should be! Despite it being peak tourist season (early July), we barely saw any international tourists visiting. However, it was, by far, the most beautiful place we visited in China, hands down (with Huanglong Scenic Valley as a close second). If you're not keen on walking... More

Jiuzhaigou national park is one of world heritage sites. Located about 8 hours driving from chengdu. We can use shuttle bus inside to go around the national park. There are many beautiful spots to be seen, some of them are mirror lake, long lake, nourilang waterfall, etc. I ate lunch inside the national park. The beautiful scenery very worthed to... More

It means Nine Stockades Gully here, There are many waterfalls, lakes aside from herds of yaks, birds are the most evident wildlife. The buses will take you to the top then walk down to exit. Avoid summer weekends and Oct. till early Nov. has fall colors and fewer crowds. Winter may have snow but still open to public.
