Just a pedestrian bridge, useful to cross "el Salado" on your way to the Universidad Catolica or to walk along the other side of the river. Some cool breezes and good views on the river are part of crossing.

Nice place to walk and hang out especially on a cooler day. BYOB if you need cool water or soda as facilities are limited. Clean, appears safe, quiet, and scenic. Nice 30 min walk but can sit and relax for a lot longer.
