Este edificio es muy bonito y es tan grande que en realidad te quedas asombrado de un lugar así en pleno centro de la ciudad

Es otro edificio hermoso frente al Malecón y de los más destacados que hayan quedado en la ciudad de Guayaquil. Se construyó entre 1923 y 1924 obra del arquitecto August Ridder y del ingeniero Mario Gherardi.

E' una degli edifici che caratterizzano un pò la zona insieme ad altri anche belli da vedere nel loro complesso. E' un pò il contesto che li fa apprezzare, di sera anche con qualche effetto min più. però basta un semplice passaggio passeggiando.

Hermosa edificación de estilo neoclásico con un corredor central con arcos en forma de cúpula de vidrios que le da una perfecta iluminación, corredor muy parecido al correo de Lima y De Santiago
Actualmente es sede de la administración local por ello no tiene costo pasear por el corredor principal
Esta cerca a la Plaza de Las Iguanas y con cara al Malecon Simon Bolivar , rio Guayas

Esta obra arquitectónica esta a lado del Palacio Municipal en su conjunto forman un circuito de bienes patrimoniales de importante valor arquitectónico, totalmente restaurados, donde ademas te encuentras con la universidad de las artes que en determinados tiempos hacen presentaciones y exposiciones.

Es un edificio centro y que es una de las pocas joyas arquitrctonica de estilo europeo de la ciudad. Alli funcionan 3 instituciones gubernamentales.
