A unique highlight in downtown Guayaquil, across from the Metropolitan Cathedral, is Parque Simon Bolivar commonly known as Iguana Park. The Park was intended as a quick stop before exploring the rest of the city, but we ended up staying for about an hour because it was so cool. There are ALOT of Iguanas wandering around freely both in the trees and along the ground....More
