Located near the port, at the beginning of the promenade along the lake, it stands surroanded with a small, yet beautiful garden. It has no explanations available, so no way too kniw the history behind it, but you can still enjoy the fine art.

Well, just a simple monument of the authors of the slavic alphabet. Doesn't impress with anything and I don't recommend making it a trip target.

Catholic church inspired statue. It is a megalithic block of stone, and appears rather overpowering, rather inspiring. We felt that the sentiment was lost in the art.

St Kiril and St Metodi, were the ones who invented and then spread the Cyrillic (Cyril named after Kiril in our national language) alphabet throughout the entire slavic speaking world. The monument is basically just a statue, however it holds important historical value, and is...More

This caught our eye walking past it was a bold statue surrounded by Lavender. A bit of research showed these created the Cyrillic alphabet. Definitely worth a photo

The monuments are well located, and as usual in Macedonia, dedicated to religion. The statues are nice and it's pleasant to watch at them walking in the park, but nothing tremendous.

These monuments add to attraction of the walk along the waterfront. Acquaint yourself with the history or these saints and their role in Ohrid's history. Look at the detail on the monuments.
