Amazing space with an ocean view! Absolutely recommend! After yoga class you can just hop down to the restaurant and have a healthy refreshing smoothie or healthy vegan snack or fruit bowl! 🤩 love it there! Best place for yoga classes in Roatan!

It was an amazingly beautiful setting for a private class with my 2 daughters. Neither of them had done yoga before. The fantastic instructor, Ali, was so helpful with my girls in positioning and encouragement. They both loved it and asked how soon we could go again. If we would have had the time, we would have gone every day. It ended with a yummy made to order smoothie at their restaurant. It was the perfect day.

We were at Tranquilseas over Thanksgiving when a storm blew in making diving impossible, so I did the next best thing, yoga in paradise! I took Brooke's Vinyasa flow class. The weather made using the sky deck (the normal venue) impossible, but Brooke and the team at Tranquilseas didn't miss a beat. The dining room was quickly cleared of furniture for the class. I haven't been to a yoga class in about 4 years and Brooke made it easy for me to keep up with the more experienced students. I've even started going now that I'm home, so thank you for getting me back into it!

The Sky Deck is not to be missed, a gorgeous open air studio where you can hear the breeze in the palms and the surf lapping at the sand. I sat up there every morning and watched the sun rise. Can't wait to go back.

I had the pleasure of taking a few yoga classes with Brooke during a recent stay in Roatan. Although I'm a fairly athletic person, my training has lacked yoga. Brooke was very patient in helping me through the classes, taking extra time to teach me a few advanced positions. She was able to do this without taking away from the flow of her class.
Besides being a great instructor, Brooke's also an interesting, fun person. I would highly recommend her if your travels take you to Roatan

Roatan Yoga is one of the most beautiful places to practice yoga. They offer a wide range of classes and teachers that cater to all levels. The amazing view of the Caribbean and the variety of mats on offer (Hello Jade!) is really just the icing on the cake. The best part is the teachers who genuinely care about all their students and ensure that everyone can participate in the class. Thanks Ali, Christine, Michele and Michele for making this such a tranquil place to practice

Christine came highly recommended to me by the owner of Roatan Bed and Breakfast, and I was fortunate enough to keep running into her throughout the first few days of my trip- bar tending at Sundowners, on the same dive boat as us at Sun Divers. I asked her if she would be able to teach a private class on the roof of the bed and breakfast on the morning of my wedding and she graciously agreed. Christine supplied mats, asked us what we were interested in working on, and taught an excellent class, despite my harebrained idea of doing yoga on a roof in full sun at 10am. It was a great way to unwind before my wedding and I look forward to coming back to Roatan and doing more yoga with Christine.

I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was at Roatan Yoga. I'm so grateful I found it. Christeen is a fantastic teacher and all around human being. I came to Roatan to connect back with myself. Life had gotten in the way of my self care. I practiced yoga 5 days there while on my week long vacation and it was heavenly. I think about my experience everyday as I continue getting back on my mat while back home. I keep visualizing the gorgeous view, imagining the feel of the breeze and the smells of nature (and the amazing food cooking in the restaurant below!) Do NOT hesitate when deciding if you want to take a class there. Thank you again Christeen for helping me find my center again! Namaste!

I went to four classes while I was in Roatan for a 2 week vacation. The location and instructors were incredible. The classes take place on a 3rd story deck overlooking the sea and the classes are tailored to the group that shows up each day. I recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

My husband and I stayed at Tranquil Seas (we're going back in a few months), primarily for diving, I knew there was a yoga studio but was't sure if I'd have time. My previous experience with Yoga was through gyms that offered a few yoga classes taught by the fitness instructors. Needless to say I was not a huge "yoga fan". well I managed to take a class, (and another) and I was transformed into a lover of yoga! These are great teachers of yoga! it was so peaceful, the location is tranquil! Since coming home I've continued to do yoga and have found a great studio by my home. Can't wait to go back to Roatan Yoga and take classes.
