Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It's such a beautiful and amazing temple. The ambience is very peaceful specially when you take a holi book and start reading it.
The Prasad and the nearby sweet shop plus the small shops of toys, traditional jwelleries, streets food vendors. They all make it place which live with buzz.

Awesome experience. Good spiritual place for Hindus. Neat and clean. Pious environment. Satsang and Kirtans done from time to time. Community kitchen service (bhandara) is also conducted.Very good place.

I did not know much about this temple, until our driver took us there. It was worth visiting. The temple has an interesting cave built similar to Vaishno Devi temple, so people can get to the deity and experience her blessings. The temple also has several other deities and when we went there was not much crowd so we could go about peacefully without being rushed and pushed.

It a holy place so there is nothing to be disliked. One should be prepared to spend at least 1 hour to enjoy the whole temple.

I visited this temple as part of a tour organised by our hotel in Amritsar. Our driver stopped the car, instructed us where to go and told us to be back in 20 minutes. We had no idea what was in store...
I was delighted by this mandir, never seen anything like it before in my life! As Amritsar is majority Sikh, I was surprised to find such an incredible Hindu temple there. We entered the main room, which is ornate enough in itself with images and effigies of Lal Devi on the walls, then one of the guards told us to mount a staircase to the left, which took us on a whirlwind tour through various walkways and rooms filled with beautiful, colourful statues of Hindu gods, mirrored walls, even a tunnel filled with water to paddle through...it was really something, and so unexpected!
Make sure you have a few 20 rupee notes when you enter the temple, as at one point (quite far inside) you won't be able to go any further without paying a 20 rupee donation. And it is definitely worth it for the surreal trip!

We arrived at the temple just before dusk, on our way back from Waga border flag lowering. In the dusk it looked a very unassuming, but once inside, a flight of stairs takes you through a maze of rooms, mirror decorated and lit up with statues of many of the Hindu Gods. Some parts are cave like. Completely fabulous and unlike any other Hindu temple I have been in. Very well worth visiting.

The very first thing whch you will notice about this temple is that its not a big temple... But just go inside, take the stairs to the left and you will go through various passages, caves, mirror walls and you will get to see replicas of all the famous temples in india.....from south to north and from east to west....definitely recommended again and again

Not sure why it is called a Mandir. We understand that it has been built like a mandir with all the idols of all hindu gods present at the place, however the main idol being prayed there is of a lady who is being treated like a Goddess for some reason which the main pujari failed to make us understand.
We repeatedly asked the pujari's present there as to why this lady is being worshiped. No one was able to give us a reason to worship a normal human being.
Something extremely good or worth a visit at this place, was a very close replica of Mata Vaishno Devi. The replica that they have tried to create isn't an exact match, however a very very close one to the Mata Vaishno Devi's shrine, infact it is the closed that I have seen anywhere in India.
Hence, if you wish to see a real replica of Mata Vaishno Devi yatra or shrine, then it is worth a visit, apart from that, nothing special around there.
